RCP - Abduction Pillow
Student is able to perform the resident care procedure with no critical errors and no more than two non-critical errors to meet expectations. All steps must be performed in order per the manual.

1. Do initial steps.

2. Place the pillow between the supine resident's legs. Slide it with the narrow end pointing toward the groin until it touches the legs all along its length.

3. Place the upper part of both legs in the pillow's indentations. Raise each leg slightly by lifting under the knee and ankle to bring the straps under and around the leg and then secure the straps to the pillow.
